IAPS and the Hungarian Association of Physics Students wish to invite you to the international summer school on physics in Hungary held in the middle of July. This year’s school will take place in a little village called Gyenesdiás, next to the Lake Balaton, only 2 hours drive from the capital, and just 20 km from Balaton Airport, where more and more international flights land. You will be staying in a small inn, with full board made of organic food, with swimming pool and sauna, only 15 minutes walk from the beach.

The lectures will be held in English by well known Hungarian scientist, coming from the universities in Hungary and the Central Research Institute of Physics. Next to the scientific program you will have the opportunity to visit the city and Festetics mansion of Keszthely, go hiking in the mountains around, just relax on the beach, or visit the world famous thermal lake Héviz.

The participation fee will be around 110 EUR, including accommodation, full board and scientific materials.
